I consider myself a continuous learner and authentic creator. I enjoy the visual arts including my primary passion of photography. I’ve been capturing images (“taking pictures”) my entire life but got much more into it when my daughters were in cheer and dance and turned it into a small business. While I enjoy landscapes, especially sunsets and abstract images, creative portrait photography is where I think I shine. My goal is to capture the true essence of the person and have some fun in the process.

Although photography is a focus area, I’m known for having “multiple interests”. 🙂 Since high school I’ve always enjoyed traditional drawing and painting and I’ve been exploring digital art over the past several years. Stealing from my IT background, I also create generative art using code, usually p5.js or python. You’ll find many examples of my creations throughout the site.
